Wine obtained from Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) grapes coming from vineyards owned by the company. Before vinification, which occurs in January, the grapes are slightly dried.
It is a specialty produced only in the best vintages. Its particular characteristics are still more exhalted by a ten months' refinement in little oaken barrels.
Colour: purple red.
Bouquet: complex, ethereal and persistent.
Taste: composite, warm, full and harmonic.
Serving temperature: 18 °C.
