Inferno Prodigio Valtellina Superiore d.o.c.g.

Characteristic red wine obtained from the traditional wine-making of the Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes harvested late in the vineyards owned by Fratelli Bettini situated in the heart of the Inferno production zone. Produced only in the best years in numbered bottles, it is rather alcoholic, full-bodied, harmonic with an intense bouquet. Perfect with red meat and seasoned cheeses.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).
Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: delicate. nutty, with a hint of oak.
Taste: dry, warm and full of character.
Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees.
