Sassella Reale Valtellina Superiore d.o.c.g.
Produced from the selection of the best Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes which grow on the sunny terraces situated in the most famous zone of the Valtellina Superiore. It is produced only in the best years and in numbered bottles. It is matured for two years in oak barrels and then it undergoes an improving process for one year in horizontally positioned bottles. An ideal wine with substantial first courses and with medium seasoned cheeses.
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).
Colour: ruby red with garnet red reflexes.
Taste: very delicate with a hint of vanilla.
Serving temperatures: 18-20 degrees.
